Floriberto’s farm, Finca San Arsecio, sits high in the Andes mountains in southern Nariño…not far from the border of Ecuador. High elevation, verdant land, and unique processing make this coffee truly special. A 2 day fermentation time at high elevation makes for a syrupy sweet profile that doesn’t lose its cleanliness or vibrance. Spiced pineapple fragrance carries into the cup with hibiscus liqueur and mulling spices. Subtle hints of frankincense emerge on cooling, making for a truly complex and layered experience.
