Located in a remote valley in eastern Cauca, Inzá has centuries of indigenous history but its fame in coffee is far more recent. In the not so distant past, most coffee from the area was pooled together and sold at a low price. The quality and unique attributes of great Inzá coffees are worth keeping separate, however.
