Luz & her husband, Elpidio, carefully cultivate coffee on their farm, Finca El Meson, in Acevedo, Huila. This Pink Bourbon offering is fermented in-cherry for 24hrs before being depulped and undergoing a slightly extended fermentation before drying. You can taste the care taken at each step on the farm as well as the special variety in a truly beautiful cup. Juicy tropical fruits give way to a raspberry lemonade that finishes crystal clean.
